A picture (and a caption) says a thousand words, and if Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown's daughter Bobbi Kristina's latest photo says anything, it's, "Marriage!"

On Thursday night, Brown shared a photo on Twitter and Instagram of the couple showing off their wedding rings (see it above), accompanied by a seemingly telltale statement: "@nickdgordon #HappilyMarried SO#Inlove if you didn't get it the first time that is." Brown has added "wife" to her Twitter bio and Gordon's last initial to her name, which makes it seem pretty official.

Though they have yet to officially confirm their marriage, Brown's Twitter activity indicates newlywed bliss. After sending the wedding ring photo, Brown tweeted that she has "BIGGGG things in store" for 2014. "I'm so excited ..! We bouta change the world babbbbby! #bringEmOut! #Getready!xO!"

Brown and Gordon got engaged in July 2013 after a broken first engagement in October 2012. Their on-again-off-again status wasn't the only rocky part of the relationship: They met as children, when the late Whitney raised Gordon like a son. Contrary to widespread reports, however, she never formally adopted him. In fact, Brown says that her mother, who died in 2012, would approve of their love.

"I'm tired of hearing people say, 'Eww you're engaged to your brother' or if Whitney was still alive would we be together or would she approve of this?" Brown said on her Facebook page at the time of their re-engagement last summer. "Let me clear up something, we aren't even real brother and sister, nor is he my adoptive brother. My mom never adopted him."

She continued, saying, "In fact, mommy was the one who even said that she knew that we were going to start dating."

In this case, it sounds like two close friends leaned on each other through a difficult time and found love along the way. During their second, more successful engagement, Gordon upgraded Brown's custom-made Neil Lane engagement ring with two extra bands in September 2013.
