This is the case in countries where waste disposal is unresolved. It's obviously a question of money, but progress is impossible without change. Change must come before it's too late, the nature destroyed forever we shall not find. If you destroy the earth, you destroy the chance of life. The little effort of everyone may change into big one. Nature's defenders, protectors of creation are not gods, they need a lot of support.
